“At The Feet” Silent Retreats
These silent retreats provide an opportunity for women to get away from regular rhythms and life’s demands in order to find true spirit/body/soul rest. If you’re desperate for a break from the world, for a chance to step away, to quiet your soul and be still and know, to sit at the feet of Jesus and have Him speak directly to your heart, then this type of retreat is for you!
Next retreat: November 8 – 10, 2024 in Blairsville, GA
“But there’s only one thing you need. Mary has chosen what is best, and it will never be taken from her.”
– Luke 10:42
Rest. Feast. Sit. Listen.
Mary sat at the Lord’s feet—listening to what He said. And Jesus says that this is best. It can never be taken from us! Rich treasures to be stored in our heart for a lifetime, for all eternity. That we can ponder, in good times and in bad.
So let me ask you: Are you sitting? Are you listening? Are you dwelling? Gazing? Inquiring? (Luke 10:39, Psalm 27:4)
Our culture certainly doesn’t make it easy, nor does it place value on this. It was countercultural then and it remains countercultural now. That’s the way of the Kingdom. The “reverse economy” of God.
If you're yearning for respite from the chaos of the world, craving an opportunity to withdraw, to calm your spirit, and experience the profound peace of simply being in the presence of Jesus, then come join me for an "At The Feet" Silent Retreat.
This is a weekend to rest and receive. To come in whatever state or season you find yourself in. Filled to overflow, first and foremost by the Spirit of God. To sleep, to feast, to laugh, to grieve, to move, to BE. As the Lord leads.

What to Expect
Friday
The retreat officially begins Friday evening with journaling. A communal dinner is provided to “awaken the senses” and to help women get out of their heads and into their hearts. Authentic conversation is facilitated. Then phones are put away and talking stops as we transition into another specific journaling experience to allow the Holy Spirit to access our hearts.
Saturday
Three meals are provided. Breakfast and lunch are taken independently and dinner communally. The majority of the day is yours to experience the rest and renewal you specifically need. An optional group activity amidst silence will be made available in the afternoon. And worship and journaling time will be offered after dinner.
Sunday
Silence is broken over a shared breakfast where we discuss what the experience was like for us and how God moved. The retreat ends mid-morning.
*Each retreat is different, based upon geographic location, accommodation type, number of attendees, and food options.
